These terms govern your use of Aalay. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aalay. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Don't post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, deceptive or infringing content, and don't abuse, scrape or disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour

By using Aalay you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content — including harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual or explicit material, threats, and violent or otherwise offensive content — is not permitted anywhere in the app, including comments, reviews and photos.

You can report objectionable content or block abusive users from anywhere in the app. We review every report and act within 24 hours — removing violating content and suspending or terminating the accounts responsible. Continued use of Aalay confirms your agreement to these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Aalay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within the service so the app can function (for example, showing your public shelf and routines). You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

Products and product images you contribute become part of Aalay's shared catalogue, which is used across the app by other users.

Affiliate links

"Buy" links are Amazon Associate links; as an Amazon Associate, Aalay earns from qualifying purchases. Purchases are solely between you and the retailer, and we're not responsible for products, prices or fulfilment on third-party sites.

No warranty & liability

Aalay is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Content in the app is user opinion and not professional, medical or dermatological advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aalay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account, or aalay.app/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our guidelines.
